72-Hour Cancellation Policy

At Vanilla Hair of Essence every appointment is exclusively reserved as dedicated, one-on-one time with your stylist.

To protect our stylists’ time and ensure appointment availability for other clients, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.

Appointments cancelled within 72 hours, or unattended without notice, will incur a cancellation fee.
